imageIndividual personal training sessions can be scheduled around your schedule and at various locations, including your home.  After initial consultation, a personalized training program and diet will be designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.  These can include losing weight, gaining muscle, running your first road race, or training for your first triathalon.  Let us help you get to the next level of fitness!!


KIDS SUMMER FITNESS KAMP

Speed, strength, quickness & agility are physical attributes that ALL Athletes need regardless of their sport. This camp is designed to improve these physical attributes while teaching the proper biomechanical body movements to produce maximum speed.  Kamp is Monday & Thursday. June 25th - July 9th at Williamson Field (Manoa Elementary School)imageimageimage
